Rental Period: 1 Rental day is 1 Business Day. Equipment must be returned/picked up during business hours. Peak season winter hours are 8-6 Daily. Equipment pickup the night before your booking may be possible, but is not guaranteed. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Discounted Multi-Day Rates: Multi-day discounts start at 3+ days/15% and 7+ days/20%. Discount is calculated automatically! Rates HERE.
Cancellation Policy: Up until 14 days before your reservation start date, your prepayment is 100% refundable. Inside of 14 days before your reservation start date, 50% of your prepayment is refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours of your rental are 100% non-refundable. All cancellations must be received and confirmed by Westside Ski & Cycle.
